When we were looking at options to sell our property, there were plenty of agents trying to wow us with their glossy marketing materials and promise of a ‘5-star service’. But these agents came up short when it came to in-depth knowledge of the local market and dedicated sales progression. Our sale didn’t go smoothly due to numerous issues beyond our control at the bottom of the chain.
