I can't rate Paul Graham in Carshalton enough. We sold and brought our house with them and they were fantastic. Jack is honest and straightforward about asking price, and is realistic about the local market, and comes to a valuation with lots of information so you can benchmark his valuation. Pictures taken for our sale were very high quality and open days were managed very well, all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we lost our buyer part way through the process (not their fault), Paul Graham moved heaven and earth to get our property resold on under 2 weeks and kept the chain going. They also fact check all offers, so you know they are legitimate. Jane, the Sales Progressor, is amazing and always on hand to answer questions, chase up people and make sure the chain is moving. I really felt like they earned their fee about would recommend them 100%.

We recently purchased our first (forever) house through Paul Graham. We had been shown round many houses prior to this by other estate agents that simply opened up the door and let us walk around and then locked the door on our way out. No communication other than a phone call on the Monday to see if we were putting in an offer. When we met Jack he had a full itinerary ready and waiting for us, from the specifications in the house, permits on the road and the history of the wardrobe doors. He stayed with us after and answered all our questions. You will not find any other estate agent around like him and he is definitely a credit to the company.
